Which A-Series engines does this head gasket suit?

All small-bore units, so 850-1098. The 1071 and 970 Mini Cooper S engines featured a larger bore size, the same as a 1275 engine, so would be better with a BK450 gasket set. Search for MED-1901-HS for this option.

Will this fit engines bored out to suit larger pistons?

Yes, the gasket has a bore diameter of 66.6mm or 2.622". The standard bore size is 64.58mm (2.543"), so over-bore sizes up to +0.060" will be fine.

Do you keep a copper gasket for the 998?

Not anymore, no, as we've had mixed results with copper gaskets recently. We prefer these Victor Reinz gaskets - a known good quality offering.

What type of gasket do you supply for the inlet/exhaust manifold?

This is our bespoke gasket that's cut from a specialised graphite composite material with stainless steel reinforcement. Over the years we have tried all manner of gasket materials on the A-Series cylinder head with varying degrees of success. Unlike many modern engines, a single gasket seals both exhaust and inlet manifold faces.
