MED RACING ELECTRIC COOLANT KIT

The MED Racing Electric Coolant Kit has been designed as a complete cooling solution for racing Minis such as Mini Se7ens, Miglias and hillclimb.

The kit includes all you need to upgrade to a front-mounted radiator and Davies Craig electric waterpump, saving hours of head scratching, measuring and fitting!

Converting to an electric water pump removes the parasitic power losses of a belt-driven mechanical water pump, freeing up more power. This is more pronounced at higher RPM.

An added advantage is the ability to run the pump independently from the engine, so you can keep it running after a race to reduce heat soak in the paddock.

• Bespoke aluminium hose joiners

• MED header tank with Stant racing cap

• MED water pump blanking plate

• Hose clips

• Billet alloy thermostat housing with take-off

The kit is aimed towards race use where removable GRP front ends are commonplace. A racing alternator and side-entry distributor cap may aid fitment.
